What’s a Symposi-YUM, you ask? It’s a market-style event celebrating food in the community. Whether you grow, sell, prepare, act to promote, educate, or get food to mouths that need it, we would love to have you host a table at this event to share your work, sell your product, or simply feed others. The goal is to bring together food actors, share what is happening, gather community input and buy-in for moving forward on building a resilient food system in Prince Rupert and surrounding communities.

If you are able to participate as an individual, company, or on behalf of your organization, we encourage you to reach out to  food@ecotrust.ca to confirm a table prior to September 22, 2025. In your email, please provide us with the following information:

 Your name & best way to contact you
 The organization/company you’re representing (if applicable)
 A description of your table use – selling, promoting, information sharing, donating food, etc., and whether you’ll need a full or half table.
 Copies of applicable permits from Northern Health for food vendors.
 Any special requests or need for accommodations?
