Let’s celebrate cycling together and experience the joy of winter riding. Join the movement, register now and commit to ride! There are lots of prizes in the forecast. We have local prizes from Change Makers Education Society, Brilliant Experience, Coast Mountain College, the Bamboo Shoot and many more.

We encourage our community to join citizens of British Columbia to ride their bike as much as possible from February 8-14, 2025: ride to work, to school, for fun, for exercise, to relieve stress, to clear your mind … no matter the reason, just ride your bike and log your total kilometers online at www.GoByBikeBC.ca and you’ll be entered into a prize draw for some great prizes! including 2 electric bikes!

We will wrap up the week in International Winter Bike To Work Day, which is celebrated on the second Friday in February and takes place on February 14 this year, is a globally celebrated holiday for commuting on bicycles. What a way to express love, love for yourself and love for this earth on this special valentines day commute! The day has been set aside to encourage citizens from around the world to consider biking to work as opposed to the common alternative of driving.
