Located in Suite 150 (past the PAC 10 rooms) in the Museum of Northern BC\, the lesson will focus on the basics of stance\, attack\, and defence\, with games to help the kids practice their skills.\n\nAges 8-14\, children will need a parent or legal guardian to fill in the informed consent form.\n\nThis class is the first of four in a month-long introductory course.
